Welcome to the new format for Celebs That Twitter.
Why have I made such a radical change to the website? Because I needed more flexibility in the way information can be presented and searched. The old website was getting hard to manage as well.
In this new format I can add new celebs instantly from my Mac or my iPhone so there should be less time between updates – I hope to be updating instantly as celeb twitterers are announced and or verified.
I will continue to make update announcements and take verification requests via http://twitter.com/mkayes on Twitter but have also added a live update Twitter account of http://twitter.com/ctt_updates for those who want to see every single update as they get added to the site. The ctt_updates account is monitored for replies and DM’s now, it is also set to automatically announce individual site updates.
To look for a celeb you now have quite a few options using the Categories menu on the right:
1] Click on the letter of their first name
2] Click on the category they belong to, i.e. “Actor / Actress”
3] Use the “Search” box to search by name or their Twitter username
4] If you want to browse the entire list then click on the “All” link
5] To check for the most recent additions just browse straight from the home page.
The above methods, 1 through 4, return the celebs in alphabetical order, whereas number 5, browsing straight from the home page, returns the celebs in the date order of when they were added to the site.
Fake accounts: In the last format of this site I used to list all fake accounts, from this point onwards I am no longer going to list fake accounts unless the celebrity isn’t on Twitter then I will list the fakes.
